Welcome Back!

We are pleased to share that the first few days of school have been a great success. It has been nice to welcome students back into the building and see their energy, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn. Classrooms are already filled with energy and engagement, and our staff is eager to build on this positive start. We look forward to a productive and rewarding school year ahead.

Picture Day

Picture Day, Thursday, August 28th

A white background will be used during photography sessions. To ensure the best results, we kindly ask that students avoid wearing white, as it will blend into the background.

After Photo Day, parents will receive a secure link to view and purchase photos to the email addresses provided by the school. Parents will also be able to go to a website, www.DirectPhoto.net, where they can view their student’s photos using their Student ID Number.

Reminder for Parents/Guardians

Beginning in 6th grade, students are not allowed to “charge” meals (eat now and pay later). Please ensure your child has funds available for school meals. Students without funds will not be provided a meal.

You can pay for meals in two ways:

Online Payment System (LINQ Connect)

We encourage families to set up a free online account through LINQ Connect. With this system, you can:

Add money to your child(ren)’s accounts
Set up low-balance alerts
Monitor your child(ren)’s spending
View school menus

Other Payment Options

If you prefer not to use the online system, you may:

Send a check (payable to Kuna School District CNP). Please include your child’s full name on the check.
Send cash in a sealed envelope with your child’s name on it.

Please note: Schools cannot accept debit cards.

Free & Reduced-Price Meals

Families are encouraged to apply online for free or reduced-price meals.
